As the team began exploring a brand refresh, we knew the first place we wanted to start was with the Welcome Email Series. This is an automated series of emails that every new or prospective customer receives. It’s their first true introduction to who Poppin is and what they can offer them. We updated everything from the copy, to the layout, to all new photography. Providing the customer with a more accurate, and current, understanding of Poppin.
